The International Council for Near Infrared Spectroscopy
The International Council for Near Infrared Spectroscopy is the global organisation which has as its goals encouraging the development of technical knowledge and practical applications of this spectroscopic technique, widespread dissemination of such knowledge and applications throughout the world and the generation and promulgation of appropriate educational tools for educators.
